Back in February of this year, I recieved a monolingual Welsh leaflet in my letter box from SP Energy Networks outlining plans for rolling powercuts in response to the 'energy crisis'. Afterwards I searched the news ans waited to hear anything more about this, however there came neither news nor power cuts.
